What to Expect

  • 1. In-person consultation

    The first step to your project is understanding your needs and goals. We will meet at the project site to review details including any inspiration photos, plans and take any measurements required.

  • 2. Detailed project quote

    After discussing the project in detail, we will prepare a detailed estimate, with transparent inclusions and no hidden fees. 

  • 3. Approve project

    Once you have approved the estimate, we will schedule work to begin. To secure your project, a deposit will be due upon booking.

  • 4. Build commences

    Now for the exciting part - when the work begins! We'll keep you updated on our progress along the way, and strive to complete the project on-time and on-budget.

  • 5. Finish on schedule

    We always strive to finish every project on schedule. Once completed, we will do a walk-through with you to ensure everything is completed to your satisfaction.
